These terms apply to your use of the Fireaway Pizza Croydon website at fireawayc.com, operated from 142 High Street, Croydon, CR0 1ND, United Kingdom. By using the site, you accept these terms. They do not replace the terms that apply to an order placed with the shop.

The site is here to show the menu, the local delivery area and how ordering works. Everything about payment, timing and confirmation is agreed with the shop when you order, not on these pages.

Use of the site

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use it in a way that interferes with its operation, attempts to gain unauthorised access, or affects other users. Content on the site is provided for information about the shop and its menu.

That means no automated scraping that puts load on the site, no attempts to reach parts of it that are not meant to be public, and no copying of menu listings into another service as if they were your own. If something on the site looks wrong, tell us rather than working around it.

Website information

Menu items, prices, and availability shown on the site are provided for information. They can change, and the details confirmed at the point of ordering or by the shop apply. Nothing on this site is an offer that binds the shop until an order is accepted.

Toppings and crusts are sometimes out of stock on a busy evening, and prices on printed or third-party listings may not match the site. Where the two disagree, the shop confirms the final amount with you before the order goes ahead.

Orders

Ordering happens with the shop, not with these pages

Placing an order is governed by the process described on the menu and delivery pages, and by any confirmation given by the shop. This website itself does not take payment. Payment methods and the steps involved are confirmed as part of the order.

Read the menu for what is available, check the delivery and collection page for how an order reaches you, then place it through the ordering route that page describes. Keep the confirmation the shop gives you — that is the record of what was agreed, including the price, the items and the timing.

What the confirmation settles

Items and price
The list of what you ordered and the total you agreed to pay.
Payment route
Which methods the shop accepted for this order, and what was taken at the time.
Timing given
The estimate the shop quoted for delivery or collection on that order.
Collection or delivery
Which of the two applies, and the address or pickup arrangement attached to it.

Availability and delivery

Delivery is limited to the local area we serve. Where an address falls outside that area, collection may be offered instead. Timings depend on workload and distance and are not guaranteed by these terms.

If you are just outside the area we cover, it is worth checking with the shop before you plan around a delivery. On a Friday or Saturday evening, a kitchen at full stretch can push an estimate out by more than the number first quoted.

The shop keeps standard opening hours from Monday to Sunday, 11:00 to 23:00. Anything collected in person is handed over at 142 High Street, Croydon, CR0 1ND.

Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text and images, belongs to Fireaway Pizza Croydon or is used with permission. You may not reproduce it without permission, except as allowed by law.

That covers the photography on the menu pages and the wording written for this site. Sharing a link with a friend is fine. Lifting the photos or the copy to build your own page is not.

Liability

We take reasonable care to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be free of errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law in the United Kingdom, and nothing here changes the terms that apply to a food order you place with the shop itself.

Changes to these terms

Which version of the terms applies to me?

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your use applies. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Do these terms cover my food order too?

No. These terms cover the website only. The rules for an order come from the ordering process and the confirmation the shop gives you — so read those details when you order rather than relying on this page.

How do I raise a question about these terms?

Send it through the details on the Contact page. Questions about how personal information is handled are answered on the Privacy Policy page, and the Cookie Policy covers the small files the site stores in your browser.
